Who should attend?

Boaters who need to get more comfortable with approaching or leaving a dock or mooring. 
Emphasis will be on close-quarters maneuvering and maintaining safe underway situations.

2.  Introduction to USPS                                                  0920 - 0930 (Cdr J. Hermann AP)
3.  Boat Handling under Power                                       0930 - 1200 (Dan Schott )

The USPS Captain's Quick Guide and Student Notes.

Certification:

Boat-Handling under Power is one of the qualifying courses in the USPS University Certification program.
