Steak Diane -Two 3 oz. tenderloin medallions, topped with Chardonnay
Shitake Cream Sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes $28

Pork Tenderloin - Herb encrusted and char-grilled, topped with a Door County
cherry port wine reduction, served with wild rice pilaf $26

Canadian Baby Walleye - 2 fillets, lightly breaded and broiled,
served with wild rice pilaf $24

Pasta Callabraise Penne (vegetarian entree) - Pasta tossed with asparagus,
red bell pepper, Vidalia onion, mushrooms, artichokes and mixed squash $25

All entrees include mixed green salad, rolls and butter,
vegetable, coffee/tea service and an ice cream dessert.
