The Door County Sail & Power Squadron was chartered in 1954. Our members contribute to the community by promoting safe boating through education. Our Safe Boating course and seminars are open to the public.

Our co-operative charting program, headed up by David Biddick, allows members to supply information to the Marine Chart Division of NOS/NOAA resulting in corrections to nautical charts, small craft charts, and Coast Pilot publications.  Some of the active submittals to NOS are shown under Wisconsin in the Boating Guide to America.com.

Another civic service, headed up by Tom Cashin, is focused on providing free Vessel Safety Checks  for any recreational boaters in our community.

We have a fun filled Calendar for members that includes cruises, rendezvous, parties, dinners, and a picnic.
