In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby agree as follows:
1) I acknowledge that I am entering this event entirely at my own risk and that it is my sole and exclusive responsibility to decide whether or not to start or to continue the event.  I represent that my yacht is in good condition, seaworthy, and fully complies with the equipment rules and regulations of the USCG.
2) I herby indemnify and hold the sponsor of the event, its officers, directors and committee persons harmless of any liability of any nature whatsoever for accident or injury to myself, my crew, my guests and/or my boat, while engaging in any activities related thereto; to the extent that such release does not discharge my insurance carrier under the provisions of the insurance policy(ies) covering my boat. I assume all risk of damage to property or injury to persons arising out of my participation in the event and related activities.
3) I further agree to notify the Aerial Photo Shoot coordinator immediately upon withdrawal from the event and not to sail in hazardous conflict with any other boat or commercial shipping vessel.
