The
Irish Hills Power Squadron is located in Jackson, Michigan. Are membership
includes Jackson County and surrounding Counties. We are part of the United
States Power Squadrons.® We are
an all volunteer, non profit, educational organization dedicated to making
boating safer for everyone. We accomplish this in part by providing safe
boating classes as a civic service to the public on a regular basis. These
classes are free except for the cost of the text. The
Irish Hills Squadron was formed in 1979 by a group of Jackson area residents
who were formally attached to the Kalamazoo Squadron. We meet
on a monthly basis during the non boating season as a Fraternal Boating Club.
And continue are education thru advanced classes available to are members. |
