| The ITCom mission is to provide expert advice, problem solving, and programming skills to solve the technological needs of the national USPS organization and the USPS Headquarters staff.Provide support services to Districts, Squadrons and the membership for applications created for USPS.The ITCom has provided two vehicles for providing general help (technical support). | |

One is theComphelp mailing list.A number of ITCom members monitor the list and frequently provide help
as do anumber of other individuals.The other vehicle is via email support through the Customer Service
Centerat HQ.
