iMIS Migration Information
The migration to the iMIS system is continuing. You can now perform the following operations on the Member Portal:
- Pay your dues
- Update your member information, including street addresses and email addresses
- Change your password (PIN). (Your PIN will remain the same as it has been. for now, on the member website.)
- Generate dues notices
- New cyber members can register and join
The following services remain unavailable on the USPS Member site:
- Updating class and seminar completions
- Adding new squadron members (coming soon)
- Transferring members between squadrons
- Assignment and updates to squadron and district officers and committee chairs
- Processing of OD-1/OD-2 entries and Change-of-Watch
- Assignment and updates to USPS National Committees (HQ 229)
Log in to your member account - your email address of record is your user name. Locate the "Membership Portal" link under the "Login" at the top of USPS.org and click on it. Click on "My Account" in the upper right corner. Enter your email address of record as your user name.If this is your first time logging in, click on the "Forgot Password" to create your password. Note that you can use the same password that you use on USPS.org, but you cannot use your membership number as your user name as you do on USPS.org. If you have already created a password, just enter that password along with your email as your user name.
Renew your dues - log in to the membership portal and go to “My account” under your name in the top bar. You will either see a button or hyperlink to renew dues. Email hilly@hq.usps.org if you don’t have a log in or if you don’t see a link to renew. You can also call headquarters at 888-367-8777 ext. 219 or 229 and our membership staff will renew your dues over the phone. Invoices will go out soon, but renewing online or by phone is the easiest way to pay dues.
Change your password - Log in to the membership portal and go to "My account" under your name in the top bar. Click on "Preferences". There is a link under "Preferences" to change your password. Note that you cannot change your user name (email of record).
Update your member information, including street addresses and email addresses - Log in to the membership portal and go to "My Account" under your username in the top bar. Click on the "About Me" tab to update your information.
See your dues notice - Log in to the membership portal and go to "My Account under your username in the top bar. Click on the "Participation" Tab. If you have an unpaid dues invoice it will show on this page.
New Cyber Squadron members - New Cyber Squadron members (and only Cyber Squadron members) can join by going to the Membership Portal and clicking on "Join". They will be walked through the procedures to create an account and join. This link cannot be used at the present time to add members to your squadron. That function will be added in the near future and instructions will be provided to the squadron commanders.
