The contents of the Policy and Procedure Manual have been
accepted by the D31 Conference. Copies have been given
to the following district positions:
Commander, Secretary, PlanCom Chairman, Assistant Secretary, Immediate P/D/C and Squadron
Commanders.
Manual holders should pass on their manual when they leave their respective office.
