We are off and running!
I would like to thank everyone who attended our Change of Watch dinner at the Riverside Casino. I wish to give a special thank you to D/C Van Diehl and D/1/Lt Cida Diehl for braving the elements on their drive from Carlsbad to be there for the installation of our new Commander, Joanne Waller and her Bridge officers.

Swearing In Commander JoAnne WallerCommander Andy Pensavalle presented his officers with beautiful, handmade by him, weather stations. I think we will agree that he has a gift for woodworking. A special certificate was presented to our photographer, Norm Dack for the many pictures he has provided of our events. Our Squadron has surely benefited by Andy's commitment to excellence this year. Thanks go to you and your 'secretary' for the many hours you gave on our behalf.

Flag From Commander DiehlSpeaking of secretary Linda Pensavalle, she gave us another entertaining Year in Review slide/video show. This year it had a new twist. We all loaned her our baby pictures, which she put together with our old age pictures. It was cute and fun, but a bit of a shock. Who ever thought we would look so old!!!!! Thanks for your excellent presentation. It took lots of hours, we know.
