the 2005 Auxiliary Membership Enhancement Award. The Membership Enhancement Award for 2005-2006 was presented
by R/C Lois Neef, to the D/32 D/C Phyllis Sims for the Fort Vancouver
Lady Skippers Auxiliary. This National Award
recognizes that Auxiliary with the greatest increase in membership; The
Lady Skippers increased by 23%. Runners up were Clearwater (CAPS)
Auxiliary, 13%,
and Atlanta Sail and Power Squadron Auxiliary, with a 5%,
increase. The committee
congratulates these auxiliaries.
The Auxiliary Advisory Committee initiated the Membership Enhancement Award in 1998 to recognize the auxiliary who achieved the greatest percentage increase in membership over the previous year. The first recipient to receive this prestigious award in May 1998 was Greenville Auxiliary, District 26.
