Promote the USPS "America's Waterway Awareness" program; support the USCG'S "America's Waterway Watch" program with the USCG Auxiliary; coordinate the myriad of activities with Citizen Corps to include Citizen Corps Council opportunities; establish a continual communications channel between the USCG/FEMA appointed representatives and USPS.
