Remember to use a "national" account when you logon through WS_FTP to move files to the server or set permissions.  If you use a "localusps" or ITC account you are not a member of the group "national" and this mechanism will not work.  To make sure your files have proper ownership right mouse click in the remote system window and select the list option "Directory Info".  The third column in the window which appears will have the owners logon ID and the fourth column will have the group ID.  The group ID must be "national" for this mechanism to work.  If it is not, let me know and I will change it for you, once, after that you will have to use your own “national” account to maintain the pages.
