3 Dec — Christmas Party and Lighted Boat Parade . Party Location: Tailgate party and Homemade Chili at the Public Boat Ramp. Parade starts at the turning basin in Port Isabel, next to Marchan's restaurant. Meet at the end of Pampano Street near the boat ramp for good viewing.
