Where is LRGV?
The Lower Rio Grande Valley Power Squadron covers several counties in the southern tip of Texas. From Roma to South Padre Island. We also have members from northern Mexico, from Monterrey to Matamoros.
If you are in or close to this area, living here full time or a part-time resident, we welcome you to join us.
Membership has a prerequisite of passing a recognized boaters education course. You are invited to attend our Squadron Boating Course held each February. Or you may attend a Texas Parks and Wildlife course, a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary course, a certified course from another state, or an on-line course called America's Boating Course.
