Maritime Mobile Service Identity (MMSI)
Get your Maritime Mobile Service Identity to program your marine radio to use the Digital Selective Calling (DSC) feature for routine operations and for automated distress hailing.
In conjunction with NOAA and the Army Corp of Engineers, USPS members throughout the country inspect NOAA charts and report discrepancies via the Internet through a program called Cooperative Charting.
